- Completed organizational consolidation and restructuring of IGS
following its move to Brooklyn, NY (accounting, banking, licenses,
permissions, insurance, committees, 501(c)(3) status, etc.).
- Recreated and reprinted Structural Differential training device.
- Created new marketing materials.
- Planning begun for the Twelfth International Conference on General
Semantics in Las Vegas, Nevada, scheduled for 2003.

- Began having Science and Sanity placed on library shelves in the United
States and overseas.
- Manhood of Humanity retype set and republished.
- After five year hiatus, IGS held a seminar-workshop, for twenty-six
students, at Alverno College, WI.
- Institute archives consolidated and moved to Fort Worth, TX.
Korzybski's Olivet Seminar retype set and republished.
- Produced a “Celebration of Life” marking the passing of Charlotte
Schuchardt Read.
- General Semantics in Psychotherapy published.
- Made arrangements to sell books online through Amazon.com.
- Exton Estate property sold.
- General Semantics Bulletin 65-68 published.
- Renewed status of the Institute of General Semantics and the
International Society for General Semantics (ISGS) as NGO's
(Non-Governmental Organizations) at the United Nations.
- Published CD version of Nothing Never Happens, Student and Teacher's

- Published online Bulletin index database.
- Began planning for the merger of the Institute of General Semantics and
the International Society for General Semantics, bringing both
organizations, with their archives, under one new roof in Fort Worth,
TX.
- GSB 69-70 published.
- Electronic versions (Acrobat PDF) of ETC:, the GSB, Science and Sanity,
Manhood of Humanity, The Collected Writings, Olivet Seminar Lectures
and
Papers from the First and Second American Congresses on General
Semantics created.
- IGS seminar-workshop and the Twelfth International Conference on General
Semantics held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- IGS-sponsored panel discussion at the NCTE (National Council of Teachers
of English) convention.
- New property purchased in Fort Worth, TX in preparation for the merger.

Connecticut (IGS).
